FIGURA strives to offer the widest possible range of programmes for a diverse audience. We believe access to performances should be made possible or eased for people with different disabilities. Click here to access all videos with information in sign language.

Wheelchair spaces: You can book wheelchair spaces directly when buying tickets in all price categories (limited availability).

Companions: People who go with a person with a disability to a performance get a free ticket. You can book this in the category «Begleitkarte für Menschen mit Behinderungen».

Guide dogs and assistance dogs: They are allowed in all venues.

Service companions: If you want someone to accompany you from Baden train station to the venue, you can say this when booking your ticket, at least 24 hours before the performance. For spontaneaous service bookings, please call us at least one hour before the performance: +41 56 221 75 85

Early entry: If you need to enter the venue earlier, please speak to the box office staff. We will try to help.

Visitors who would like to prepare for their festival visit and would like more detailed information about the accessibility of the venues (e.g. wheelchair access, lifts, toilets, photos of the venue exterior and auditorium, tickets etc.) will find PDF documents with additional information for selected venues here from 12 June onwards.
