The “Kultur inklusiv” label is given to cultural institutions of all genres by the respective department of Pro Infirmis, the Swiss organization for people with disabilities. Partners who receive the label promote inclusion with measures in the following five areas: "cultural range", "access to content ", "structural access", "jobs" and "communication". They are further committed to the long-term and integrated cultural participation of people with disabilities.

The Figura Theatre Festival has proudly held this label since 2018.

The Charter for Cultural Inclusion (available in German, French and Italian) was developed in a participatory process and forms the basis of the label partnership. The Figura Theatre Festival commits itself to continuing the process of cultural inclusion according to the guidelines. You can find the German-language version of the charter here.

Inclusive measures only fulfill their purpose if the people concerned perceive them as meaningful and well implemented. For this reason, a paid advisory board was established in 2022, consisting of culturally interested individuals who represent themselves. Gianfranco Giudice, Nicole Sourt Sánchez, Corina Arbenz, Martina Steiner, Annet Disler and Claudia Rohner advise the Figura Theaterfestival in planning these measures and support it throughout the implementation process.
